For the first time ever, Sagebrush Hills Film Festival introduces a filmmaking competition! SHFF Shorts is open to regional high school students. Competitors were given 7 days to write, shoot, edit, and submit a short film that must include three specific prompts.
Keep an eye out for these prompts as you’re watching:
- A character in the film must be named Davis.
- A character must deliver the line of dialogue, “Wow, I did not see that coming” at some point in the film.
- A character must make a big choice.
All submissions will be screened in the Glenwood Square Media Works Theater at 10:30 AM on Saturday, November 3rd. First, second, and third-place winners will be announced and prizes will be awarded after the screening. And be prepared to grab your own ballot and cast a vote for the Audience Favorite award!
Admission to SHFF Shorts is free.
Let's watch a movie together!
